I have a serious question to ask everyone who reads this:

Can you see me as a teacher?

I am taking an intro to education class and it has really opened my eyes to the idea of teaching.
Also, tonight we were presented with a work-study opportunity. If I can change my work schedule around, I can get paid to tutor 5th-12th graders. Starting pay would be $9.50 since I have no experience.
Please let me know what you guys think. This is very important to me. :)

Lorraine's birthday today! She is 24! WHOOO!!! We had a good day. :)
I got her a Bible case, but I made her do a scavenger hunt to find it! >,< It was so much fun.

Well, several things have happened as of late.
Lorraine and I volunteered for Vacation Bible School last week and I lead out in the Bible Bayou where I brought the story of Moses and how God used him to lead the Israelites out of Egypt. What an awesome experience that was. God really showed me how much He cares about me and that He will take care of everything, all we have to do is raise our hand.

One of our fish had babies, and out of the 12 born, only two are notably alive. Mollies are live-bearers, so that's how we know. But sadly, both our fish we bought have died. =(

Tonight we made pita bread! A friend of ours let us borrow their bread-maker, which prepared our dough. And we made some DELICIOUS bread!! And it is sooo much cheaper to bake your own bread than to buy it. 0.o

I shaved my head again. haha.

I want everyone to know that God is powerful.
I want everyone to know that God is reliable.
I want everyone to know the love of the Father.
I want everyone to be saved.
I want everyone to see life a little like I do.

What good is 70 years of life
When compared to eternity in Heaven?
What good is a life of pain and suffering
When compared to eternity of joy?

God is Love.
Love is not jealous.
But think about the jealousy of God.
It is not the same kind that we have when we lust
It's like the jealousy a father or mother would have
if they heard their child calling someone else "mom" or "dad"

Try to understand the sacrifice that God and Jesus made when Jesus came down from His GLORY, became a human, and died. Imagine the great pain God the Father experienced when He watched His begotten Son hang on the cross.
1 Cor 6:20 "for you are bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's."

Why can't people understand that we, all of us, everyone, was bought with a HUGE price? A price higher than we can even comprehend? We are all sinners, and we should have paid the price of sin which is death. But Jesus paid it all. Jesus took our sins allowed his body to be broken and his blood to fall so that we could be adopted back into the family of God.

Psalms 95:7,8 "For He is our God, and we are the people of His pasture, and the sheep of His hand. Today if you will hear His voice, harden not your heart, as in the day of strife, as in the day of testing in the wilderness"

I want everyone to know that God loves you.

Romans 8:38,39 " For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor rulers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor anything above, nor anything below, nor anything else in all creation can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord."

God loves you... It doesn't matter what you've done. It doesn't matter where you are at in your life. I want you to know that God wants to be active in your life. God wants a personal relationship with you through His Son Jesus Christ.

I want everyone to get to know Jesus and discover the good things that He has planned for your life. If only we could fully give up of ourselves and let Him in.

Jesus said in Revelation 3:20,21: "Look! I am standing at the door and knocking. If anyone listens to my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he will eat with me. To the one who conquers I will give a place to sit with me on my throne, just as I have conquered and have sat down with my Father on his throne."

Jesus is knocking...let Him in. He loves you. And He wants to help you and take care of you...
